Summary:
A.B., a laborer for Mousel Contracting, collapsed and became pulseless,
while pouring concrete during a campground rehabilitation project. CPR was
administered immediately by other contractor employees. A.B. was
transported by park ambulance to the hospital where he was pronounced dead
of an apparent heart attack.
