Summary:
Mr. B.H. was diving with a partner near Anacapa Island when the two
became separated. He was found 20 minutes later tangled in kelp in 30
feet of water with an empty air tank. He was brought to the surface and
an unsuccessful attempt was made to revive him via CPR. Pronounced dead
at the scene.
