Summary:
Mr. S.J.H. and Mr. G.C.R. were operating their own boats. S.J.H. attempted
to pass G.C.R., and the boats collided. S.J.H. died of injuries received
in the accident. G.C.R. has been charged with reckless operation and
excessive speed.
