Summary:
Mr. P.M.C.'s boat floated away from him as he was attempting to launch
it. Witnesses saw him swim after it, but lost sight of him when he and
the boat went around a bend. Search was conducted in which NPS provided
helicopter. Body recovered outside of park. Investigation being
conducted to determine if drowning occurred in or out of park.
