In connection with the subject of the Denver Service Center, Mr. Holland said that the Center was composed of a lot of very fine people. "Whether the Center works or not, is the subject of discussion in this next session. If you criticize Denver, I hope you keep in mind that the people who work there are hard working people. We do not always get the right product. I have criticized Denver, especially in cases of master planning and historic preservation, but I always try to keep in mind that there are hard working people there, who are trying to do the best they can."
