FINANCING PRESERVATION OF HISTORIC PROPERTIES Lowell Sturgill Mr. Sturgill presented slides depicting the National Park Service Financial Management System covering programming, budgeting, funding, accounting and reporting; showing how all of these aspects are related and that our system is designed to support managers and users, not just treasury and the Office of Management and Budget.
