Mr. Sturgill presented slides depicting the National Park Service Financial Management System covering programming, budgeting, funding, accounting and reporting; showing how all of these aspects are related and that our system is designed to support managers and users, not just treasury and the Office of Management and Budget. Mr. Sturgill also outlined the alternate funding sources for preservation of historic properties depending on the specific requirements:
